Ok folks. for the benifit of those who may have the same trouble, I was able to recover from this without losing my programs! I just downloaded tivowebplus and Hackman 2.0, deleted the old directories...

I have rebooted EVERYTING ... and the tivo seperately. Still, FTP ok... HTTP, no. I will try https to see if that works but after that I think my only option is to reinstall Tivowebplus....

I've rebooted a few times already. It's a little frustrating as I was trying to undelete a program. I can still FTP so it's a bit confusing. Was there anything you did to "persuade" it...

Thanks forthe reply! Actually, I figured it out this morning. I'm such an idiot... My execution string read /ptvupgrade/tserver instead of /ptvupgrade/tserver/tserver Basically I had it pointed at the folder and not the file.

Almost there... not quite. I can log into my router from outside my network but I cannot yet log onto the Tivo. Is it possible that I need to port forward 80 on the bridge...
