Guys,

 Bought everything from DVRupgrade

installed:

InstantCake,  PTVnetHD, and Slicer for HR10-250

Everthing works great - then tried to upgrade to 6.3a and got the message

There are no 6.3a-01-2-357 slices on your Tivo

But it is on my tivo - instantcake or PVTnetHD put it on the tivo

 What's wrong????

Did you read this?

HR10-250, Samsung SIR-S4120R, SIR-S4080R, 2 Philips DSR704s (one connected to a Slingbox A/V). One box used the "Zipper"; rest used PTVnet to enable networking features.

Aha! I just checked, and I now have the 6.3b slices. More info to come.

I just wrote a new article on upgrading to 6.3b. It should show up in the Articles section within a couple of days.

[EDIT]

Here it is.

NOTE:

Patches to enable HMO/HME were recently posted at DealDatabase! I can confirm that they work.
