I have an Humax DRT400. Which software version of InstantCake do I need to upgrade this unit with a 300Gb drive? Also, what type of drive works in the Humax -- SATA, ATA100, ATA 133, etc.

Thanks for your help.

You can use the DRT800 version; the units are identical except for the size of the original hard drive. (The DRT400 comes with a 40GB drive, the DRT800 comes with an 80GB drive).

Thanks. I only saw Humax DRT800 kits available, not the software. Which software version can I use if I want to prepare my own hard disk.

Finally, do you know which drive types are supported by the Humax DRT?

Thanks
Ralph

You can use the DRT800 version.

Any standard IDE drive will do.
