By: Amrie Cunninghame [My Take on TV] I donât think Iâm overstating anything when I say that this summer has given us some of the best TV Iâve seen in a long time. Iâm still not caught up on the few weeks I missed due to our trip to San Diego, but I still feel like Iâve seen some quality TV that Iâm glad we have in the summer so these shows donât have to compete with my regular fall viewing. Here are my favorite shows from the summer (if not listed, itâs because Iâm just not caught up and I canât say itâs my favorite if I havenât seen itâ¦Iâm talking to you, THE CLOSER). My five favorite summer shows this year: BURN NOTICE â Ever since my visit to the set, I feel connected to this show. Iâve had the chance to spend time with the people that make the show possible, so to me, that makes season 2 even more spectacular than season 1. In Support of Donna Martin Dropping Out of 90210

After surviving an overbearing mother who makes Bree Van de Camp look relaxed. An endless string of embarrassing Halloween costumes [who remembers the classic mermaid outfit from season one?]. Not to mention almost not being allowed to graduate high school after getting drunk on half a glass of champagne, you’d think television’s longest standing almost virgin could catch a break. But unfortunately, life doesn’t always play out, well like our favorite zip code. Expecially after news got out this morning that original BEVERLY HILLS 90210 star Tori Spelling just receive the Hollywood equivalent of a Ray Pruit smackdown. Well, not literally.
