Hello there, I was wondering if you or someone you know may be able to help me with a technical question pertaining to the old style moxi box. Sorry not sure of the model number. I can tell ya it is from around the 2007 era and its big bulky and grey.
Any way the question is this, Recently Charter communications disabled my box for non payment.
They are asking for me to return it. Before I do I had some programming recorded that I would like to burn to a cd or download to my computer then burn.
Problem is I don't know if there is a way to export the video from the moxi hardrive since it is disabled.
Can I remove the hardrive and hook it to computer or dvd player and export the programming this way?
