Somewhat mechanically (& digitally) inclined newbie looking for advice on how to copy my play lists from a dying DirectTV HR10-250, how to upgrade using DIY software, and how to network (activate the usb ports) on all 3 of my HR10-250's.  Can anyone show me where to start?
