I'm a total newbie, but I've owed the PTVUpgrade on my Series 1 for over two years.  9 times out of 10, I get an "Error Failed to Connect" when using TyTools.  When I do get the Now Showing list and I try to extract a show, I never get more than 80% extracted before it freezes.  Can anyone help?
