Ok, I have a DirecTV HR10-250, I purchased the  instantcake-hr10-250-1.2-6.4a.iso.zip and ptvnetHD-6.4x-2.0.0.iso.zip files created the CDs, booted to the PTVnet CD, followed all the questions, and it states that the InstantCake .image folder not found.  I checked the cdrom and found a _image folder but not a .image folder. Anybody got any ideas what I have done wrong?  By the way my TIVO is stuck on the Powering Up screen forever now! MUST HAVE TIVO!!!!!!
