Does anyone know if DirecTV has any plans to fix the inability to swap tuners while watching live TV on the HR20 DVR's? The current "workaround" is to record a program on each tuner, then use the list to swap between them. All the other competitors (Comcast, TiVo, Dish network, etc) have tuner swap, how can DirecTV not offer this feature? I'm sure their advertisers have something to do with this shortcoming.

The only reason I keep DirecTV is for NFL Sunday ticket. If not for the ticket, I'd be using a TiVo series 3 and whatever services is the least expensive. If anyone has any input on this, please let me know, thanks!
