I am upgrading to HD service.  Current unit is R10 and have roughly 2 years of shows, to do list etc.  Is there Any way to get this data off to migrate to media or my new unit?  I see strings about prom upgrades to get the USB port and networking working but that is way over my head.  Any assistance and insight would be appreciated.
