I have the motorola dual tuner DVR from comcast and was just wondering how to utilize the dual tuner. When I am recording a program and go to change the channel all the other channels say One Moment Please" When I contacted comcast  they trouble shooted and nothing came back. Just wanted to know do I need a Dual Tuner TV or should I just have a technician come out? Or is there a certain way to connect it to my TV? I dont really have the time for a tech to come out and was just wondering if any one else had this problem.. Please if any one could help it would be appreciated

If you haven't already figured it out, you don't have to do anything special.  If you can't change tuners and watch something else it's something on the cable company side..

That sounds like you have a connectivity issue. I would have a technician come out because they have devices that can check the strength of the signal to your home. I just had them come out to my house and they found many problems with the cabling in my house so they ran a new line from the street to the house and a few new lines from there to each room and it made a huge difference.
