I attempted to add a second drive to my Sony SVR2000 using the Hinsdale Upgrade Configuration #1.  It is just running

      mfsadd -r 4 -x /dev/hdc /dfv/hdd

With the old A drive at secondary master and the new B drive in secondary slave.

It completed fine reporting the ond and new recording times. However, after installing the drives in TiVo and powering up. I get "your recorder is starting up Please wait a moment" screen then the "Almost there - a few more seconds please" screen. Then a few flashes and back to "Your recorder is starting..........."

After removing the new Drive B and attempting to run using Drive A only - problem is still present.

Cable and drive test good,
