I upgraded a 240040 Series2 Tivo using instantcake to a 250G drive.  I seem to have lost my ability to stream music and photos from my PC.  My computer is visible in the list of option on the Tivo screen yet it gives me a message indicating the server is busy.  Also, the Tivo PLUS software that I used to successfully download divx files to the Tivo from my PC does not work so well.  When the divx file is finished downloading the Tivo loses it somehow.  I can view the movie while downloading with no trouble and when I do it seems to stay-put on the Tivo.  This disappearing divx issue has happened many times.  Based on the 2 problems i am having I can only figure the instantcake software is missing code that I had on the original HD.  ???     - Bruce
