I have a DirecTV TIVO R10 unit (not hi def, we are talking old school here).  My drive crapped out, or so I believe.  I only get a grey screen after the powering up screen (about 10-20 seconds into boot).

 So I wanted to use InstantCake, but found two different versions for my unit.  3.1.1E or 6.2.  How do I know which one to get?
