I purchased the Universal Boot CD under the impression that I'd be able run qunlock off of the cd. However, I cannot figure out how to do so and do not see qunlock in any of the directories on the CD.

 I don't have a working floppy drive, so I can't run qunlock, diskutil, etc. off of the floppy, so right now I'm SOL.  I just need to unlock my drive so that I can install cachecard drivers and then make my daily updates via ethernet.

 Can anyone help me?
