I have Samsung dvr (sirs4080) and want to get shows off of it and transferred to my PSP and computer - currently i use RCA "LYRA" to transfer from dvr to computer (via rca cables), then use PSP Max Media Manager to put on PSP.

 But although the video looks good - the sound comes a couple seconds behind.

are there any other ways to transfer my dvr content to my computer and/or PSP. I have 60 hours of shows i would like to take with me or to work - but don't have a clue how to do it correctly - i have wireless set up at home - linksys etc...

any help or points in the right direction are much appreciated.
