Hello, I have a question.

I recently purchased a Directv DVR for use at my business.  I did this because it's not legal to show DVD's...and it could get me a big fine if I was showing them.  So now we record programs and show them from our dvr playlist.

However...commercials are irritating to everyone.  What would be the legality of transferring the files to a computer to edit the commercials out and then burning to a DVD to show them?  Would this be considered copyright infringement if i deleted the computer files after editing?

 Thanks,
