OK... some more information... sorry for the rushed note yesterday... kids and wife were yelling.  :-)

I have 5 tivos in the house.  1 HR-10-250 (Instantcaked) working fine.  Four Philips DSR6000r01s.  Of the four 6000s two are working fine.  One was working fine until a disk crash, and one was working fine last time I looked but I replaced it with the HR unit and stuck it in the garage as a spare.

So I have three tivos hooked to the multiswitch working fine and one under repair and a spare in the garage.

I purchased InstantCake for the dsr6000r01 under repair and installed a new 500gb drive.  As I said in the previous post, I put it into the tivo and brought it up.  Went through the process of re-setting up the satellite dish... but (UGGG) no signal.  No matter what I did.  I swapped the coax on the multiswitch with a tivo I know works with no luck.  I took the tivo into the other room and replaced a good one with the instancaked one... no luck.

That was yesterday.  Today I took the spare tivo from the garage and another new 500gb drive and started the whole process again thinking that maybe the tuners went bad on the first dsr6000r01.  Nope... Same thing.  No Satellite signal.

So I've tried two tivo boxes that I am 95% sure the tuners work on because they were working prior.  I've instantcaked both with seperate drives.  I've tried different multiswitch settings... and I'm having no love.

 PLEASE HELP!
