Call directv and have them re-authorize your card, or just tune to a channel that you should be getting and if there is a 3 digit extension on it, type that in when asked. Or, use directv.com to re-authorize your card.

I just upgraded to a new hard drive for my Hughes DirectTV SD-DVR40. I used the PTVNet CD and Instantcake.
Everything installed properly. Put the new 160GB drive into the Tivo unit and everything came up ... after about 20 minutes it now has the program guide information.
The problem is I don't see any channels in the program guide under 100. We have the local package through DirectTV and so we got channels 2, 3, 4 (CBS), 5 (ABC), 7(NBC), 25(Fox), etc.
I tried going into setup => Channel Settings and look at "Channels You Receive" but it only shows channels from 100 on up.
Does anybody know what's going on ... and how I get the channels we had. I tried just hitting 4 and then Enter ... and Tivo shows "Channel not available" any thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks.
Looks like the next day when I turned the TV on ... the program guide now had channels 2-100.
I guess it just needed alot more time to get this information than the other program guide information.
Yeah, that's pretty standard.
I've upgraded two boxes and each time I had to wait over night to get my locals.
