Since I was missing data for some programs in my Guide, I tried to Connect to the DVR service now.
I received a message that "This option will be unavailable until a scheduled software update occurs at 2:00 am".
1. Does this mean that we are scheduled to receive 6.3d tonight?
2. If so, since my box is set to upgrade_software=FALSE, does this mean that we will need to use the slicer again after the slices have been received? I suspect this is true.
3. Assuming that this is so, will the current version of the slicer work or will we need to wait for a new one? I hope not.
4. Since I will be out of town until Monday and some of the programs for which data is missing from the Guide are ones for which I have a Season Pass, will those programs still record? I suspect this is true.
Also, when I connected to my box via Telnet and checked what slices were there, the 6.3 slices had disappeared. The only ones still on the box were 6.3a and 6.3b.

I checked again this morning and there are still no additional slices and I still get the same message when I try to Connect to the DVR service now.
However, since my Guide data is now there, I am going to hope that everything is still working fine and will continue to work.
