So I have a ATT Series 2 model from a LONG time ago, that had the hard drive die on me.

 
I did purchase a instant cake disk for this (about sept 2005) and then proceeded to get too busy to actually try and revive the Tivo.  I did backup the ISO image to my xdrive account and forgot about it

This week, I downloaded the image and tried to restore the image onto both a 250G and a 500g.

 I also purchased the new lba48 disk support, since I didn't have that before.

 I've tried running the standard instantcake script.  I've tried the lba48 PTVbake-special.  They all get interrupted at 308MB witha  "unexpected end of backup" error.

 I've tried reburning the disk a few times.  But I get the error everytime.  Is this a bad disk image or some sort of restore error?   I've tried a restore with the "E" expand option and the standard retore option (since I'm sure that this is an old Tivo release).

I figured I would do a standard restore.  connect to tivo and have it upgrade, and then do a "expansion".   But overall I've got nothing. 

Can anybody help?
