Does anybody know where the Parental code block is located in the 6.2 software (Directory/file/value)?  I was given a DVR that I have hacked, but the card from DTV hasn't arrived yet and I am wanting to go ahead and use it for remote viewing while I wait for the new access card...

It will still work for MRV without any card in it, but will continue to nag you. I have heard that other types of cards will also get rid of the nag message.

Thanks, Yog, the real issue was the parental lock, I found the right thread for that on DealDatabase. issue resolved. Thanks.
