I purchased  all the software, and downloaded everything. 

I followed the steps on dvr playground, (http://www.dvrplayground.com/article/... )

but I'm stuck on the boot cd and HD initialization.
I made a cd image and burned it to a cd.  I boot from the CD and hit
enter enter...
When I get to the prompt, I type "mount /dev/hdd1 /cdrom" but I get an
error.
What am I doing wrong?

I also have a question about the tivo hd.  (I'm using my PC for this
process.)
I've got it in an external enclosure, and it installs ok.  I can't see
it from my computer, but if I go to disk management, I see it as disk
0.  I intialized it, but what else do I need to do?
