Hi,  I have recently purchased the above recorder for Christmas for my mother and am testing it out for ease of use.  All works fine except that when recording, I am unable to change channel from the one that is being recorded.  Am I missing something or is this correct (seems a bit pointless if it is?).  The recorder has built in freeview and is connected straight to the TV.

Having never had a DVR previously any assistance would be very much appreciated.  Thanks very much.
