I'm using Zterm and trying to transfer a file over the serial interface.  On my HR10-250 I issue the "rz" command and tivo replies

rz waiting to receive.*

I go to Zterm and do zmodem transfer and get

rz waiting to receive.**B0100000023be50
### Send (Z) slicer: Cancelled by receiver

rz: slicer removed.

Followed by lots of garbage.

What am I forgeting???
