The CTO/Founder of SageTV recently posted a thread on the SageTV forums asking for beta testers for SageTV on Mac OS X. If this comes to pass, this could be good news for Mac owners. SageTV is already available for Windows and Linux. In addition, if they also port the SageTV Placeshifter, then those Mac folks wanting to build their own DVR with 'slinging' capability will be in luck.
