Rather than pick one, I'll do a little comparison:
Cable
bad: first 70+ channels are analog
good: I could save some money, as I wouldn't need five boxes for most of my needs
Dish
bad: their DVRs aren't anywhere near as useful as a TiVo; they keep nagging me to return
good: their HD picture quality is reportedly better than DirecTV's
DirecTV
bad: HD quality sucks; TNT-HD dropped on Sundays to allow for HD Sunday Ticket bandwidth; moving away from TiVo; stupid lease program
good: I can have five TiVos networked
At this point, the only change I would consider would be going back to cable, as that would save me money, but I would most likely have only one DVR. I'm paying an extra $20/month for all of the TiVos I have.
