According to TG Daily Sling Media has just received approval from the FCC for their first major hardware upgrade of their award-winning Slingbox to be called Slingbox A/V. 

Knowing that Sling Community is the official community of Sling Media, we will continue to scan for substantiation of the FCC approval with some details perhaps on the cost and when this new Slingbox will be available. My guess for availability will be either at the end of November or the beginning of January.  What's your release date guess?
