I have a tcd230040 SA tivo series2 that the hd died in. I replaced it with a 160gig hd.  I had no idea what s/w version it was running as it fried, so I ran a copy of instantcake version 4.X.  for the 230 with a clean image. I cleared and deleted everything before I set it up. Everything worked fine with new guide, for 2 weeks.  Than the guide died.  I am running hard line to call out and it has succeeded in calling out, but no guide data is available.  I figured the s/w would have upgraded in dial out, but it hasnt.  What can I do to get the guide data to update.  Thanks in advance
