I have a Tivo Series 2 that decided it had enough.  I came home one day and all four lights on the front were solid and there is no picture.  All I can do is pull the plug and when I plug it back in it immediately shows all four solid lights.  I was hoping that my HD was the problem so I did the InstantCake trick to a new drive and unfortunately it didn't change anything, same four solid lights. 

Is there anyway to figure out what's wrong, do all solid lights mean anything besides "put me in the trash"?  I have a lifetime membership on this unit so I'm not willing to give up hope.  Thanks.
