GCal rocks - I've got my whole family using it (as well as the office).
I bet there is already a DVR-hook for GCal, although I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere.
Would be nice to browse my events with my TiVO remote.

Since I can longer use Outlook Web Access to view my work calendar at home, I found this to be an excellent alternative. I can export my work calendar to a csv file and import it into Google Calendar.
You can share your calendars either with the public or to a private list, and give people on the list read-only or edit rights.
