Hi to all those interested and since i didn't get any answers to my questions I went ahead and installed 320 G drive on my old TVO TCD 140060 software ver. 7.3.1. I used LBA48 Boot CD (free version from this site) to boot than ran mfstools 2.0 (included on same CD) to copy everything from my old 60G drive to the new one (followed excellent Hinsdale guide step #10). TIVO has no problem to use all 320 G size of my new hard drive. I also got confirmation on another forum that there will be no problem to install any size drive on any series 2 machine as long as it runs software 7.xxx and you boot from LBA48 CD. I guess for many of you it will be old news but for a noob like me outdated info about no support for LBA48 in my box on this and other forums really got me confused. Many thanks for preparing such a nice LBA48 Boot CD and making it availible free.
