Hi, I downloaded instacake for a RCA DVR40.  I took a 120 western digital HD out of a RCA DVR120, did the bake, everything is up and running, seems to be good.   When I check system info, it say my unit is a DSR 7000/17.  Is this normal, and will I have Problems with DTV or tivo?  The first night I had some signal breakup, the next day my locals came in and it seems to be fine.  I was a little woried about the Western digital drive, I read somewhere there not the best drive to use.  Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, one more question.  I took the drive out of a RCA DVR120 that I got off of ebay, if I put a new drive in it, would it have to be a larger than 120?   If so, Is that because the manufacturers software only recognizes the original size or larger?  I guess that 2 questions. anyway thanks.
