BellSouth Corp. has agreed to market Tivo Inc.'s most advanced digital video recorder with the telephone company's broadband service, the companies said Thursday.

As part of the co-marketing deal, TiVo will offer subscribers of BellSouth's FastAccess DSL special pricing on the TiVo Series 2 box and service.
