Have you done a full reload in Tivoweb? or restarted your tivo? Usually this will do the trick.

I installed v 3.1.5f from PTVNet and IC last week on my HR10-250 and I get the same error.  I haven't changed anything and I get the error so I'm pretty sure there is a script error on the CD's.

All it does is show you what is the on the tv screen, not a picture, but just text for example, CNN 202 News Program.  It's actually pretty useless unless you are doing guided setup and can't see the unit, or want to see what someone is watching.
