I have the parts to upgrade my 'new' UK Thomson Series 1 Tivo.

Before I bought it the previous owner had upgraded the hard disk to 120 MB.

My plans are:

To add a second 300 GB hard disk, giving me 420 MB storage.
To add a CacheCard with 512 MB SDRAM.

Although I've read and Googled Tivo upgrade stuff, I'm just concerned that I may not have enough info on the latest versions of the upgrade software or the best sequence to adopt. Should I do the hard disk upgrade before adding the CacheCard and so on?

Can anyone who's recently done the above give any advice?
