I have a spare 60 gig drive that I would like to put in my Tivo because the drive in that died. I have used this spare drive in a USB enclosure for misc. things. It has been formatted NTFS. Is there anything I need to do to this drive to prep it for InstantCake? Such as doing a deep reformat with something like "Deriks Boot and Nuke"? And/or will I need to "bless" the drive to get it to be registerable with the Tivo itself? I read somewhere that needed to be done.

Just like to know what I'm getting myself into. Wink
