After I run instant cake, what TiVo software version will be on the hard drive? Will I be able to have greater than the 137GB limit?

Where can I obtain software (free) to burn an .iso image?

I am assuming that I will lose all season pass/wishlist info as well as any settings when I run instant cake. Is this true?

I am using a series 540 TiVo with a stock 40hr drive. I have purchased a new 250GB drive that I would like to install in my TiVo.
