I have the same problem.  and it's definitely a problem - any tivo with parental controls turned on will have MRV (multi-room viewing) transfer problems, even with content that is allowed per the paretnal controls settings.  basically all our parental controls configs are worthless because of this - we end up entering the parental controls password every time we want to transfer a show between tivos.  

any solution or workaround?  there's nothing on DDB either.  Only info I could find is also over a year old and no resolution
