All members of the original PTV Upgrade forum were sent a new activation e-mail when the forum moved here. If your e-mail address was incorrect and you never received the e-mail, it would explain why you couldn't log on.

You should also check your spam folder or other e-mail blocker for the e-mail, as they can often wind up there by mistake.

Is the original e-mail address you used still valid?

Send an e-mail to join at dvrplayground (dot) com with the following information:

-Old username
-Old e-mail address
-New username
-New e-mail address

We'll look into it and see what we can do.
