I just picked up yet another remote today, the RadioShack 15-2146 (made by the same company that makes "One for All" remotes). It doesn't have a JP1 connector, but it will learn commands from your existing remotes (it supports six devices). There are plenty of buttons for learning extra functions not provided with the codes listed. It even has a speaker in it that "speaks" the programming menus. It is pretty comfortable to hold, the buttons are laid out well (unlike a TiVo "peanut" remote), and it has a backlight. A pretty good deal for $20. To assist with your programming, the code for a Series 2 DirecTiVo ("CBL/SAT" button) is 1442. ;)

HR10-250, Samsung SIR-S4120R, SIR-S4080R, 2 Philips DSR704s (one connected to a Slingbox A/V). One box used the "Zipper"; rest used PTVnet to enable networking features.
