I see on the ptv upgrade web page there is a way to ask certain questions. I have tried to ask numerous times. However the email keeps bouncing back. Does any one have any other suggestions how i can get hold of this company.
Im not going to send my tivo for upgrade if i cannot get hold of them.

Not sure what email you are sending to, but the proper way to contact us is through our helpdesk or using the contact form.

please make sure dvrupgrade.com is allowed through your spam filter. I can't tell you how many times someone email us over and over and over again because they are blocking our domain.

Please note, we offer no private DIY sales or support, so if your question is about Instantcake, PTVnet or Slicer you will not get a repsonse back. We do have an autoresponder that gives you links on where to ask the proper questions but we will not respond to DIY questions.
