On an HDVR-2 running 6.2 with the HMO networked with your pc, is it possible to view your pc's video files, ie. mpeg, avi, mov, etc., like you would your photos and audio files?

Thanks,
NJ

Check out TiVo Server.
It does a nice job with most files.
I don't believe it supports .avi with AC3 audio or .mov files.

A computer running TiVoServer will show up in your Now Playing list as another TiVo using MRV with the name "TiVoServer" (or whatever you set it to advertise itself as). TiVoServer works well for all that "adult" content you may have downloaded. :D

HR10-250, Samsung SIR-S4120R, SIR-S4080R, 2 Philips DSR704s (one connected to a Slingbox A/V). One box used the "Zipper"; rest used PTVnet to enable networking features.
