Hi All,

Here are some facts:

1. I've TIVO Series 60 GB stand-alone (Model #TCD140060).

2. I've connected drive the following arrangement:
CD-ROM Drive MASTER/Primary Jumper ON [CL]
TIVO Western Digital 60GB Drive [Model# WDC WD600AW-00DDK1] MASTER/Secondary Jumper ON [CL SELECT]
NEW MAXSTOR 200 GB Drive SLAVE Seconday
(note: a) My PC config Pentium III 333 MHz, 512 MB RAM. b) My MS Windows Drive is not connected any IDE channels basically offline.)

3. When my PC boots up and it see the CD-ROM and 60GB Western Digital Drive and not seeing 200 GB Maxstor drive. Please note that I installed the MAXSTOR drive right out of the box without creating any partitions. I thoung that the Unversal CD will partition the drive.

4. After Boot from the PTVUpgrade Universal CD Version 11 the following things happens:

a) it give me the boot option
lba48 kernel, great for backups and/restors and working with disks larger than 137GB.... I selected the enter key

b) screen srcoll up with lot of text

c) Partioon check:
hdc:hdc: lost interrupt
hdc timeout waiting for DMA
ide_dmaproc: chipset suppoted ide_dma_timeout funcoly 14

d) just hanging....

Can some help me please? BTW, I'm a newbiew, I bought Unversal CD to make my life easier but my progress it's not going the way I expected....
