I placed an elseed.conf file into /ptvupgrade/etc and changed this line in hackman.cfg:

set elseedconfpathname "/ptvupgrade/etc/elseed.conf"

I've tried shutting down both elseed and TiVoWeb and restarting, but the names I entered into the elseed.conf aren't showing on the screen (still "UNAVAILABLE" is listed as the name). In elseed.conf, I have (example):

7190000000 J's Cell Phone

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
