I have a DSR 704 which I previously added a 160 G WD drive using Instacake. Since that time D*TV updated the TIVO to version 6.2. I purchased the software to run the Tivo on the net with V 6.2 software but I don't see where the software loaded when I installed the drive back into the Tivo. The software seemed to load properly and when it finished, all the items I selected were flagged and the install said complete. Should the tools necessary to install the net software already be there when I loaded the 3.1 version of instacake or do I need version 6.2 instacake? Did I do something wrong?
