I attempted to bake a 300GB Maxtor DiamondMax10 hard drive for my Samsung SIR-S4080R. I created the InstantCake CD from a downloaded ISO format without a problem. During the Baking process I get a message:

Starting restore
Uncompressed backup size: --- megabytes
Restoring -- of --- megabytes (--%) (---.--% compression)"

It does 236mb and then hangs I beleive the uncompressed size is around 1400mb for this process
Any thoughts on what to do different. I have the CD configured as Primary Slave and Hard drive as secondary master as described. The system has 1gb of Ram and a 2600+ AMD processor.
Any help would be appreciated!!
Thanks!

What burning software are you using? I was having the same problem and switch media thinking that was it. I burned 3 different disk using Nero and they would stop at different places. Switched over to Roxio and it went great...Good Luck Michael

You might download the free version of Nero and try that. When I did my DSR6000 Roxio didnt work and nero did and the opposite on my dsr7000. Good luck Michael
