In order to use the Univeral Boot CD you need to follow an upgrade guide, and in your situation, you'd still need a good image of a DVR810H to restore to your new drive.
In your situation, your best bet is to consider a replacement drive kit for your DVR810 or order a 'recertification' and send your new drive to us.
