I posted yesterday about a successful bake on my HUGHES s.2 with PTVnet, but that was premature. My tivo is slow to respond to tivo remote control. Should I do a clear and delete or are my IR codes off a little. It takes about four or five seconds to change channels. Did I miss something when I went through the setup program with the tivo? The screen doesn't freeze or anything like that, it just takes a while to respond, like it might be looking for something on the HD. I couldn't find anything on the forum like this. Stumped.
