Ok, I have a 160G Drive on the way and was determining how I how I want to implement my DVR upgrade. My main plans are for archival of my shows to PC/PSP, so the stock 80G drive would be plenty if I did that...however since I got a 160G drive fairly cheap ($51 shipped), it might pay me to throw that into the DVR, I want to do this as cheaply as possible. So here are my questions.

1. What should I use to backup my DVR drive, Ghost in RAW mode?

2. Can I just add Networking to the current 80G drive using PTVNet without losing my recorded shows (Yup backup first)?

3. Can I copy the 80G Drive to the 160G Drive and then expand it to take up the full space and still keep my shows (on the 160G)?

4. Does a secondary drive have to be the same size as the primary to "Add-On" and still gain the full space of the larger drive or is it like RAID where it uses the lowest sized drive's space?

5. Do I need PTVNet and Instacake or will I just need PTVNet?

I'm aware if I add the 160G as a secondary drive, I'll need to pickup the Add-On drive kit ($40) which as the Frame, SmartStart, IDE Cable, and power splitter, so I guess my cheapest bet is to either swap drives or keep the original and just network it.

Thanks for all the help.
